LICENSE DETAILS:
There are two types of licenses that can be purchased in Secured-Accountant.com:
1. ACCOUNTANT LICENSE: This license is purchased by the Accountant and is considered the Master Account. Accountants invite only the clients they wish to communicate with securely in Secured-Accountant.com
2. CLIENT LICENSE: This license is also purchased by the Accountant and is used when inviting clients. Accountants purchase the number of client licenses that is required. It is up to the Accountant to decide how they choose to recover their fees with clients when using Secured-Accountant.com. Secured-Accountant is an additional service Add-On to the existing services that an Accountant would normally charge for.
An Accountant would purchase both the Accountant License, and the number of Client licenses that he/she would require. It is the Accountant that is responsible for purchasing all the licenses, as it is also the Accountant who would invite their respective clients, and have the ability to manage their communication with them as well. Ten fully-activated Client licenses are automatically included with every fully-activated Accountant license.
Licenses can be purchased either through Visa, or Mastercard. Licenses can be purchased on a monthly subscription, or a yearly subscription. Client licenses can be purchased in packs of 25, 50, or 100 licenses. Choose the package that makes the most sense for your business. CLIENT LICENSES include everything above except:
- 1 GB of encrypted storage space vs. 2 GB
- No ability to invite users
